Believe it or not, I am considering leaving my beloved Washington for graduate school. I am planning to enter a Master of Urban Design program in the fall of 2008.

Austin has some pretty good planning strategies. You may want to go there.
As for your blog, you may want to get one on Feed Tacoma. "Blogger" blogs are hard to get connection with.
