Where should I go to graduate school?

Believe it or not, I am considering leaving my beloved Washington for graduate school. I am planning to enter a Master of Urban Design program in the fall of 2008.

Here are the schools I have applied for:

City College (Harlem, NY)

University of California (Berkeley, CA)

University of Texas (Austin, TX)

Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, PA)
